finatex offers overhaul of Dornier Rapier Machines. The customer can determine the specification. The pictures below show examples of looms before, during and after the production process. For domestic customers, we offer ˝ year manufacturer’s warranty on mechanical parts. 

     

 

 
We offer a full integrated services such as

-          Washing,
-          Repairing  “wear and tear items”,
-          Upgrading or
-          Adding special items according to your specification.
These services can be performed either at your facility or at ours.
FINATEX can also completely re-manufacture your DORNIER Weaving Machine
at our facility and give you the protection of a six (6) month Limited Warranty.

Looms will be cleaned
and prepared for disassembly.
Looms are completely disassembled
down to the smallest component.

Components and all parts are checked for wear and functionality. Items which do not meet specification are replaced

Individual components and the loom frame are painted, in preparation for re-assembly

The loom is re-assembled and components are adjusted for optimum performance

The electrical panel, electronics and drive motors are set to specifications and tested.
