The Loop Pile Master LPM32-175 is a double rapier velvet weaving machine for
weaving upholstery and small area rugs (such as prayer) with loop pile. The
LMP32 weaves at an industrial speed 3 times greater than on a wire weaving
machine. Any type of natural or man-made yarns can be used, also heat-sensitive
yarns: polypropylene, polyamide, acrylic and cotton.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Basic machine comprises:
-Basic machine controlled by 16 bit microprocessor to weave loop pile fabrics
-Pick regulator with change gears
-Take-up of fabric on 1 roll of max. 800mm diameter
-Beam stand for 2 ground beams of max. 1000mm diameter with electrical let-off
-Electrical connection: 460 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz
-Pulleys for: 260-280 rpm
Weaving accessories included:
-Reed with 1120 pile dents / 1460mm + edges left & right
-Filling package supply stand with 5 prewinders (5
