General Information:
- 1 Fiber Control blend line with 4 feed hoppers consisting of weight pans and conveyor
- 1 beater unit with a ceiling condenser feeding a CMC reserve hopper
- 1 CMC opener blender
- 1 Volumetric feed hopper and condenser
- 3 Hollingsworth 40” cards with flats
- 1 Whitin 40” card
- All 4 cards are equipped with volumetric feeds
- 1 Fiber control drawing machine
- 2 cards were re-clothed before operations were shut down
- All ducting connections and fans are included
- Operation was used for blending dreff equipment and ran rayon, and aramid products
